Building an LLM OS that runs your business.
The same way people run their businesses on spreadsheets and Windows VMs — an LLM OS is the operating layer where the model, the data, and the UI all meet. I'm building it. With a sharp focus on generative UIs: surfaces that compose themselves, in real time, on the task at hand.
Most software sets the shape of an interaction before the user even arrives — fixed forms, fixed tables, fixed buttons. We're about to give that up. Generative UIs are screens that render themselves from the conversation, the data, and the model.
That's the foundation of an LLM OS. A business shouldn't have to pick between committing to a SaaS interface and writing code. It should be able to ask. I'm building the layer where that works.
Right now
- shipping an LLM OS prototype; data + model + UI as one runtime
- studying every viral generative-UI demo I can find — see below
- writing about AI economics: when intelligence is free, the bottleneck is the UI
- lifting — internals, 200lb target next

I'd argue with anyone who says coding isn't a contemplative act.
